April 2024 Tibetan Temple Sounds events

Prairie Center Tuesday/Thursday weekly meditations are free and open to the public at the Avera Cancer Institute. A full half hour starting at 11:30 am. Limit of ten attendees. You are welcome to bring your own mat, blanket, whatever you want for comfort. If you use the Prairie Center mats you will be asked to sanitize them with wipes provided in the mind body studio. No meditation Tuesday April 16, 2024.

Avera McKennan Fitness Center. We continue to hold a monthly singing bowl meditation event right after the yin class on the third Thursday of the month. This month it will be Thursday April 11 April 11. This is free to AMFC members. Anyone who is not a fitness center member but would like to attend one of these classes will need to buy a punch card to attend.

Tibetan Temple Sounds out in the community. Open air meditations will be back this summer. Watch for dates beginning on Saturdays in May, June, July, August and September at Good Earth State Park. This is a free will donation based event.

Senior Communities. Himalayan singing bowl meditation for residents at Touchmark at All Saints Monday April 15 at 3:00 pm in the Pembrooke facility. If you have a friend or relative there, tell them about the meditation and invite yourself along. Singing bowl meditation at Legends (formerly Grand Living at Lake Lorraine) is Monday, April 8 at 3:00 pm.
